- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7 business days after approval.
- No refunds will be processed after the 7-day window.
3. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are not eligible for a refund:
- Domain registration and hosting fees
- Custom website design and development (if already initiated)
- Digital marketing and SEO services (if work has commenced)
- Third-party plugin, software or tools purchased on behalf of the client
